Course Climate

Extensive research indicates that course climate – especially the relationships amongst students and between students and the instructor – has a significant impact on student learning outcomes, confidence, and disciplinary retention. [5] Given how students’ stress and confusion contribute to academic dishonesty, developing a positive classroom environment also plays a role in mitigating academic dishonesty and promoting a culture of academic integrity.
